Restaurant Manager
You will be responsible for the efficient running of our soon to open fresh Italian food and wine bar. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention. Must perform each duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, whilst being customer and stakeholders focused.
Be passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Native Italian Speaker
Able to be multi task in casual Italian café/trattoria atmosphere
Possess strong knowledge of all menu items-food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with an emphasis on Italian wine.
Robust knowledge of different types of wines and describe taste and aroma and recommended pairings.
