• Experience working as a Reservations Agent.
• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• Provide timely, accurate, and detailed communication to any customer or partner regarding any inquiries.
• Excellent tracking of guests Reservations & cancellations.
• Handling guest’s complaints.
• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
