Trend Lux Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are available to join immediately and are looking to build their career in a professional accounting environment.
The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, financial record management, and reporting while working closely with the finance team. The role offers competitive benefits and a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Support monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain ledger records.
• Coordinate with the finance team on routine accounting tasks.
• Ensure financial documents are accurate, organized, and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
