Luxury Hotel in Dubai, UAE is looking for awesome people to join team and make guests happy

Duties include:

• Helping customers find the best travel options for their needs and budget
• Booking accommodation and transportation for customers on their desired dates
• Suggesting local attractions and places to visit for customers to enjoy their trip
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
• Solving any issues that may come up with bookings or reservations
• Selling and promoting reservation services and special packages to customers
• Answering any questions customers may have about the reservation process
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of extra services or special deals, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations

Requirements

• Experience working in a hotel receptionist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Vaccinated or not against vaccination
