Description:
Veeam Software is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join its global Finance team. The company is a leader in data resilience and security, supporting organizations worldwide with advanced solutions to protect and manage critical data and AI-driven systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating payroll operations across both US and international regions. You will work closely with payroll providers, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate payroll processing for US and international regions in collaboration with the Global Payroll Director.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll input files accurately and on time.
• Liaise with local payroll service providers to ensure smooth payroll execution and resolve queries.
• Monitor tax and social security compliance across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with HR teams to resolve employee payroll inquiries.
• Review and authorize payroll-related bank transactions and payments.
• Support external audits by providing payroll documentation and clarifications.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international payroll operations.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of:
