The selected candidate will play a key role in developing competitive freight pricing solutions, negotiating with global carriers, and ensuring cost-effective logistics services. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for air, sea, and land freight services.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transport providers, and international agents.
• Prepare accurate freight quotations and pricing proposals for clients.
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing structures.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to support business development.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and global carriers.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements for profitability.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding pricing.
• Strong expertise in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL & LCL), and land transportation.
• Proven experience in negotiating with carriers and international logistics partners.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of freight market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
