Mandatory:
Applicants must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and have access to their own reliable transportation.
AdditionalRequired Skills:
- Possession of a RERA license is a plus.
- Good knowledge of RERA rules for sales and leasing property in Dubai.
- Proven sales and leasing experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well-presented and organized with excellent work ethics.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prospecting clients through calls and emails.
- Innovative marketing skills, capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Proficient in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
- Ability to work on sales target
- Conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Understands client needs and meet their criteria.
