Hiring Professional Accountant

Platinum Events, a leading event company based in Dubai, is seeking a professional accountant to join our team in our Dubai office. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual who can handle all aspects of financial management and reporting for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and taxation.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide financial advice and support to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
