Hiring Senior Executive Accountant (Payables)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of company funds.
• Research and escalate vendor management issues and balances.
• Resolve payment inquiries from suppliers and functional areas.
• Reconcile accounts payable balance sheet accounts.
• Process timely receipts and payment of invoices.
• Process and reconcile intercompany payables.
• Accurately process payroll and overtime payments.
• Work closely with treasury to ensure payments are accurately linked to available cash balances.
• Support the implementation of A/P-related business efficiency improvements and simplify the A/P function and payment process.
• Assist in the implementation and upgrading of A/P systems as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong relevant work experience in accounts payable.
• Willing to work in Sharjah.
