JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to lead and implement our Demand to Delivery Process.
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in agile coaching, project management methodologies, and have a robust understanding of Azure DevOps.
• This role requires strong change management capabilities to effectively communicate, strategize, and ensure the adoption of new processes.
• Certified in at least one PM methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management
• Overall understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agile coaching and project management.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing Demand to Delivery processes.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and communication strategy development.
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Relevant certifications in agile methodologies, project management, and change management are a plus.
