Description:

GCC Interiors is hiring – Painting Foreman.

JD:

• Ensuring that safety procedures are followed, such as wearing safety equipment while working with chemicals or machinery
• Making sure that proper materials are used to complete the job, such as brushes, rollers, or drop cloths
• Maintaining a schedule for production, recording progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Communicating with the crew to ensure that all tasks are completed satisfactorily
• Preparing work sites for painting projects, including removing old paint, repairing surfaces, and patching holes
• Inspecting finished work to ensure that it meets standards, such as quality and adherence to color specifications
• Coordinating with the engineer regarding design details and specifications
• Organizing and managing workers on large projects, scheduling, and training workers
• Monitoring the performance of workers to ensure that job requirements are being met

Requirements

• Diploma
• At least 5-10 years of work experience in major joinery projects
• Outstanding ability to troubleshoot technical problems
