The role involves working closely with prospects, customers, and partners to meet recruitment needs for research studies. Ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, problem-solving, and building scalable processes, this role is central to delivering customer value and advancing the company’s recruitment business.

- Collaboration: Excellent at liaising with various stakeholders, both internal and external, while keeping all parties informed.
- Exceptional communication skills to present recommendations effectively and concisely to customers and team members.
- Outstanding presentation abilities for both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or during structured presentations and demos.
