Histopathology- Dubai Based Laboratory
Looking for experience Laboratory Technician in histopathology department who is to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role involves analysing specimens, operating laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.. Establish and implement and monitor quality management systems adopted by the laboratory (ISO, CAP etc.) in the section of histopathology. Communicate relevant results/findings to referring clinicians for interpretation/clinical-pathological correlation. Engage with clinicians to build and maintain confidence in the laboratory services.
Qualification-
- Associate degree or certificate in medical laboratory technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting agency
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and conducting laboratory tests specifically in histopathology department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
