Human Resource Specialist

Minimum 3 years

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and managing outsourced agents, we would love to hear from you!:

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Employee Relations and Outsource Agents Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage outsourced agents, including payroll, attendance, and payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing outsourced agents is an advantage.
