Hiring HSSEQ & Warehouse Admin Controller

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a HSSEQ & Warehouse Admin Controller to join our team at Petrasco Energy Logistics at our Jebel Ali Energy Hub on a full time, permanent basis.

Role includes:

• Continuous review of all procedures – HSEQ related
• Review of all local Registers such as lifting equipment registers
• Manage – Management of Change
• Set Agendas for Safety Meetings
• Help set and implement Safety Themes
• Complete Monthly QHSE Reports
• Communicate KPI’s to management team
• Maintain the ISO internal audit program/3rd party program
• Carry out Toolbox Talks where required
• Carry out accident investigation as required
• Deliver HSEQ inductions
• Deliver Working Practice Briefings as required covering training, legislative updates and HSEQ initiatives.
• Manage and maintain Competence/Training Matrix ensuring we deliver and record training as well as complete roll out of competency-based job descriptions
• Manage Accident/Incident and NCR processes to ensure fully investigated, closed out and lessons learned.
• Manage Workplace Inspection process, uploading inspections and expediting the close out of identified actions
• Ensure Calibration records are in date, if applicable
• Monitor Statutory Examinations ensuring compliance and records are complete, if applicable.
• Review and issue Risk Assessments
• COSHH management
• Assist the warehouse and yard supervisor and managements on a day to day basis
• Candidate MUST be English speaking and have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Middle East.
