Responsibilities:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR recruitment Experience in UAE
• Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through direct recruitment methods such as networking, cold-calling, and using Job Portal Indeed/Linkedin/NaukriGulf ec
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interview panels with hiring managers.
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and assess candidates’ fit for the company culture.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
• Well versed in MS Excel for reports
• Assist in the design and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed
