Hiring HR Generalist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 5+ years (Manufacturing Sector)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 100+ employees.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in HR reporting and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.
