Description:
JSI is looking for a responsible and well-organized HR & Admin Assistant to support its daily human resources and administrative operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with UAE HR experience who can efficiently manage employee documentation, coordinate HR processes, and assist with office administration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll preparation, and compliance with UAE labor regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain employee files, records, contracts, and documentation.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and renewal processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and staff movements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and WPS-related activities.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, NOCs, and other employee documents.
• Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, PROs, and other government authorities.
• Assist with general office administration and employee communication.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour laws, MOHRE, visa, and immigration procedures.
• Experience with employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll, and WPS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Experience in construction, joinery, fit-out, or contracting companies is preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Hindi and English language skills will be an advantage.
