Description:

We are currently recruiting a Hostess. Preferred candidates – within UAE. At least High school graduate. Answer all phone calls in a polite and correct manner as per the company standards.

To greet and seat the guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
To be friendly and polite in front of guests at all times.
Seat all guests at their preferred places and assist them with their coats, hats, etc.
To observe the hygiene and safety regulations in the work area at all times.
To ensure all complaints and compliments are passed on to the Manager.
To maintain service standards in the department in accordance with company standards.
Cleanliness and outlet organization.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Excellent grooming standards.
Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
