Description:
Global Farms LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support its Fresh Produce Packhouse operations in Al Ain. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, fresh produce, or packhouse environments who have strong inventory management skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting production activities while following food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and packaging supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Issue materials to production while ensuring FIFO and FEFO compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and perform stock reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage of fresh produce, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with food safety and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in an FMCG, Fresh Produce, Food Manufacturing, or Packhouse environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory control and stock management.
• FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
• ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Food safety, HACCP standards, and warehouse documentation.
