Description:

Blue Coral Concepts is seeking a passionate and experienced Reservations & Reception Manager to lead its front-of-house reservations experience across multiple upcoming restaurant concepts. The company believes that the guest journey begins at the very first interaction, making this role a key part of shaping exceptional hospitality standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, optimizing table flow, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to arrival. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of guest relationship management in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reservations and front-of-house guest flow

• Lead, coach, and develop the reservations and reception team

• Coordinate closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations
