Description:
Transbay Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Clerk to join its team in JAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customs clearance procedures and be familiar with Dubai Trade and Bills of Entry processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customs documentation, coordinating cargo movement, supporting land freight operations, and ensuring shipments are cleared efficiently while maintaining accurate records and compliance with customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customs documentation, including passing Bills of Entry.
• Handle customs clearance procedures using Dubai Trade and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely cargo movement and deliveries.
• Manage land freight operations and monitor shipment status.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and complete.
• Support smooth customs clearance while maintaining compliance with operational requirements.
Requirements:
• Previous UAE experience in customs clearance is essential.
• Hands-on experience in passing Bills of Entry.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Trade.
• Experience in land freight operations and transport coordination.
