Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to oncology inpatients
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and care requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality care at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient oncology nursing experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification preferred
