This is an evergreen Product Manager III role, meaning applications are being accepted in advance of anticipated openings. Candidates may be considered for future opportunities as they arise within the organization.
The Product Manager III will serve as an experienced individual contributor responsible for supporting product development, agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product direction, manage delivery cycles, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile environments and a proven ability to manage product lifecycles, facilitate collaboration, and translate complex requirements into actionable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support product vision and strategy in collaboration with product leadership and stakeholders
• Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, goals, and delivery expectations
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and supporting documentation
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product direction
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to leadership
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Drive iterative product development using agile and lean methodologies
• Mentor and support junior team members within the product discipline
• Ensure transparency of project status and delivery progress across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in agile product management
• Strong knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage product lifecycles, roadmaps, and delivery frameworks
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and team collaboration
• Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed (remote) environments
• Familiarity with agile certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or CPM is preferred
