Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business analysis within the UAE.
The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, support strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements. Candidates with solid UAE experience and a strong understanding of ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly financial closing activities, including provisions and accruals.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and business analysis reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, working capital, and banking operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, board reporting, and finance reviews.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance automation initiatives.
Requirements:
• CA Qualified.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
