A growing optical retail group in the UAE is seeking qualified and licensed Optometrists to join its expanding team across multiple emirates, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong clinical expertise with customer-focused service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Recommend suitable lenses and optical products based on patient needs
• Provide professional advice on eye care and vision correction solutions
• Support retail sales by guiding customers in selecting frames and lenses
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and optical standards
Requirements:
• Valid MOH, DHA, or HAAD license as an Optometrist
• Minimum 2 years of retail optical experience
• UAE or GCC work experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of lenses and optical products
• Excellent clinical skills combined with strong sales ability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Vision testing and eye examination techniques
