Description:
Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is hiring English Writing Experts to support AI training initiatives by reviewing and improving AI-generated content. This fully remote role is ideal for skilled writers who have a strong command of English and a sharp eye for clarity, tone, and structure. No prior AI experience is required.
In this role, you will help shape how AI systems communicate by evaluating written outputs across different formats and providing detailed feedback. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI-generated writing used by global organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review AI-generated content for clarity, structure, and effectiveness
• Provide detailed feedback on tone, grammar, argument quality, and engagement
• Evaluate and improve writing across creative, academic, technical, and persuasive formats
• Identify errors, biases, inconsistencies, and unclear phrasing in AI outputs
• Design prompts and tests to evaluate AI writing capabilities
• Work independently on assigned tasks in a flexible, asynchronous environment
Requirements:
• Strong command of English grammar, writing, and communication skills
• Experience in writing, editing, content creation, or academic/technical writing
• Ability to critically evaluate written content and provide actionable feedback
• Comfortable working with diverse topics and writing styles
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• English language structure, tone, and style
• Content evaluation and editing practices
• Critical analysis of written communication
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI training, RLHF, or data labeling workflows
• Background in journalism, copywriting, or content strategy
• Familiarity with evaluating AI-generated text
