Description:
FluxTech is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who have experience working within manufacturing or production environments and are looking to further develop their financial and analytical skills.
The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reconciliation and reporting activities. Candidates should be comfortable working with accounting software, handling inter-company transactions, and managing financial data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when required
• Process and monitor inter-company transactions
• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies
• Support the finance team with administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks accounting software
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
• Experience handling inter-company transactions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong knowledge of:

• Bank reconciliation and financial record management
• Microsoft Excel formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis
