A leading facilities management organization is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive – QHSE to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about maintaining high standards in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices while ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing QHSE policies, promoting safety awareness, and ensuring adherence to industry standards across operations. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce QHSE policies and procedures across all operational areas
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to health, safety, and environmental activities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Mandatory certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a QHSE or HSE Officer, preferably within facilities management
• Prior work experience in the UAE, especially Dubai, is preferred
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Ability to join immediately is essential
