Lincare is currently hiring a detail-oriented and quality-focused Document Review Clerk to join its administrative and billing support operations team in Amherst, NY. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing customer documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payer requirements in order to support timely reimbursement and smooth billing processes.

The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining documentation quality, supporting accounts receivable processes, and ensuring that all required records meet internal and external compliance standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and consistency in handling large volumes of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming customer documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements

• Verify that all necessary information is available to support successful accounts receivable processing

• Assist customer service teams in resolving documentation issues to prevent billing delays

• Maintain and monitor “Held Sales” records and support resolution of pending account issues

• Review internal reports for quality assurance and accuracy checks

• Record all account-related activities in tracking and tickler systems

• Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of all review actions

• Support billing continuity by identifying and correcting documentation gaps

• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Collaborate with internal departments to improve documentation accuracy
