DataAnnotation is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI chatbots. This role focuses on improving AI model quality by assessing responses, analyzing logic, and ensuring high standards of language accuracy and reasoning.
The position is ideal for individuals with strong writing abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for improving artificial intelligence systems through structured evaluation and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their generated responses for accuracy and relevance
• Analyze and measure chatbot performance to identify areas of improvement
• Review AI outputs for correctness, logic, grammar, and overall quality
• Apply strong writing and editing skills to assess language structure and tone
• Conduct research and fact-checking when required to verify responses
• Support ongoing improvement of AI training datasets through consistent evaluation
Requirements:
• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent command of grammar, writing style, and tone
• Ability to evaluate content quality objectively and consistently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
