Description:
Housecall Pro is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new service professionals (“Pros”) joining the platform. The role focuses on guiding customers through early adoption, building confidence, and ensuring they quickly realize value from the product.
This position plays a key role in supporting customer success by acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to product usage while improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the customer relationship during the onboarding phase, including account activation and product adoption
• Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during early lifecycle engagement
• Reinforce product value and support early adoption to ensure customer success
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support teams
• Track customer feedback, trends, and onboarding progress
• Support retention efforts by working closely with Account Managers
• Troubleshoot issues and provide product guidance and solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product usage
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience building relationships with new customers and meeting performance metrics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm PST schedule
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency is preferred
