Description:
Spider Plus Construction Equipment Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join its Finance team in Dubai. The company operates within the construction equipment and heavy machinery sector, serving customers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit, improving collections, monitoring accounts receivable, and working closely with internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow and resolve payment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer credit limits and monitor credit exposure.
• Track accounts receivable ageing, DSO, and overdue balances.
• Drive collections and obtain payment commitments.
• Manage high-value and high-risk customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and customers.
• Prepare collection forecasts and management reports.
• Support account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Escalate long-outstanding accounts when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of GCC experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or equipment trading is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, and DSO.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is compulsory.
