Fleetworthy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator for its Albany, New York team. This entry-level opportunity is designed for a highly analytical and curious individual who enjoys understanding how complex systems and processes work together. The successful candidate will use CRM platforms, internal data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to investigate customer and provider issues and identify their underlying causes.
The role provides an opportunity to develop strong technical troubleshooting and business operations skills. Rather than simply resolving individual cases, the Coordinator will work with Operations, Development, Product, customers, and external providers to identify recurring problems, recommend process improvements, and help develop technology-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate escalated customer and provider issues using CRM systems and internal data tools.
• Trace operational issues to their root causes rather than addressing only the immediate symptoms.
• Analyze case and usage data to identify recurring issues, potential revenue losses, and compliance or violation risks.
• Map relationships between provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows to identify process breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Operations and external providers to help define technical requirements and resolve issues.
• Work with Operations, Development, and Product teams to recommend process changes, reports, dashboards, or product enhancements.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly for team members, managers, and product owners.
• Communicate directly with customers when required to support issue resolution.
• Maintain a broad understanding of the company’s services and operational processes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and effective team collaboration.
Requirements:
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; the role focuses on potential, analytical ability, and mindset.
• Previous tolling or transportation industry experience is not required.
• Strong systems-thinking ability with natural curiosity about how different processes and technologies connect.
