Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the logistics and shipping industry, with a proven track record of successful branch management and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets and objectives aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and expand the company’s customer base.
• Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and employee development.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures to maintain operational excellence and legal adherence.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the logistics and shipping industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of logistics operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management software.
