Description:

TAKLAH Interiors is seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin & Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Managing Director and Managing Partner while overseeing administrative operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can effectively manage business operations, coordinate resources, and ensure organizational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting leadership with daily business activities, managing office administration, coordinating government-related processes, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director and Managing Partner

• Oversee administrative operations across company offices within the UAE

• Manage office facilities, staff accommodations, and workplace resources

• Coordinate tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and office maintenance activities

• Plan office space allocation and workplace layout requirements

• Monitor utility services, subscriptions, and related operational expenses

• Handle property insurance renewals, claims, and administrative documentation

• Maintain and update company asset registers, including office and IT equipment

• Manage business license renewals, registrations, permits, and government subscriptions

• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and compliance agencies

• Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, and immigration-related processes

• Support payroll administration, reporting, and business documentation activities

• Supervise Administrative Coordinators and collaborate with department leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of administrative and executive support experience

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within the Middle East

• Strong understanding of regional business operations and government procedures

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities

• Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence

• Strong knowledge of:
