Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable Clerk to join our team in the United States. As an Account Receivable Clerk at Formapelec, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s accounts receivable records. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
