Harmony Medical Group is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have previous sales experience. Candidates with a background in dental or medical sales will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s healthcare services and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Provide accurate information about medical services and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Requirements:
