Description:
A reputable company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and well-organized Junior HR Recruiter / HR Coordinator to support its human resources and recruitment operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous UAE HR experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and supporting day-to-day HR functions. Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
• Source suitable candidates through recruitment platforms and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruitment and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support HR documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Recruitment or HR Coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CV screening and candidate evaluation.
• Candidate sourcing techniques.
• Interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
