Description:

Jenzabar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client projects and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and partner institutions. This role focuses on managing project workflows, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting long-term relationship growth within a fast-paced education technology environment.

The selected candidate will coordinate campaign execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, timely delivery of tasks, and adherence to project goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, client management ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules and track progress against key milestones.

• Coordinate tasks and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure project quality control by reviewing deliverables before client submission.

• Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain within financial targets.

• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate documentation and notes.

• Manage vendor communication and oversee production of physical deliverables.

• Ensure timely feedback collection and execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related field.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
