Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is seeking a well-groomed, service-driven Guest Service Agent with proven experience in the hospitality industry and a strong working knowledge of IDS Property Management System.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office role
• Proficient in IDS PMS software
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
