We are seeking a dynamic & experienced General Manager to oversee the upcoming launch of a pre opening standalone restaurant & bar in Dubai’s DIFC, where we will serve authentic Indian cuisine infused with a twist of Middle Eastern flavors.
The space exudes a soothing and relaxed atmosphere with minimalistic design, offering a perfect blend of top-notch food, thoughtfully curated cocktails and exceptional service that makes every guest feel at ease.
About The Role:
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record with successful pre opening restaurants & bars particularly in organizing the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. The General Manager will manage all areas of service within the restaurant, including but not limited to, training, motivating and retention of the team, food cost, labor cost, P&L responsibility, staffing plans, safety, and hygiene, all whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
University Degree graduate in Hospitality Management or related field with a minimum of three years’ experience as a GM or Operations Manager with preferably previous experiences in the Dubai
