Lucy Aluminum and Glass is a leading provider of high-quality aluminum doors and windows in Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a Foreman and Supervisor to manage the fabrication of our products.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Technal, Schuco, Hueck, Gutmann, Alumil system and will be responsible for managing the fabrication process for aluminum doors and windows. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of fabricators, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the fabrication process for aluminum doors and windows
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Supervise a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we always have the necessary materials on hand
- Work with the sales team to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the fabrication of aluminum doors and windows using Technal, Schuco, Hueck, Gutmann, Alumil system
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred
