Hiring Fire Project Engineer for High Rise Building Project
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Project Engineer to join our team for a high-rise building project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems
This role requires at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential projects within the UAE. Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems in high-rise residential buildings.
- Ensure all fire safety systems are installed and functioning in compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to the project team.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fire safety systems.
- Provide training and guidance to site staff on fire safety system operations and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in fire safety system installation, testing, and commissioning in residential projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Proven track record of managing fire safety system projects in high-rise buildings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
