Description:

We are hiring Executive Procurement for IFFCO Animal Feed / Premix Business in Sharjah, UAE.

• Responsible to support business by ensuring timely procurement of RM/PM like (Corn, Barley, Soya Been meal, Wheat Bran, Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Amino Acids, other Feed Additives, Dairy, Poultry, & Aqua etc.) while ensuring optimal cost, quality and best service standards.
• Responsible to ensure that all Business Licenses, Agreements are renewed on time.
• Experienced in handling shipments clearance as well as import permit approvals from the ministry of Climate change & Environment (MOCCAE).
• Experienced in handling Quality department requirements like third-party analysis, lab instruments, lab chemicals, and any certification & training requirements.
• Experienced in handling packaging materials both from local & overseas suppliers.
• Alternative new product development & new supplier development.
• Supplier Agreements, Payment terms, Vendor Negotiation, coordination with internal departments & external stakeholders etc.
• Min 4 years’ experience in Purchase department of an Animal Feed / Premix Business.
• Knowledge & Skills: Chemicals, Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes & additives Knowledge, Global market awareness, Freight Handling, Contracts Management
• Education: B. E / Beach in Chemical OR BSC chemistry OR Agriculture Engineer
