Description:

Hiring Electrical Draftsman. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of experience in this field.

Responsibilities include:

• Carryout Site Surveys, if necessary.
• Attend the kick-off meeting, if required.
• Study the scope based on the BOQ and the tender/construction drawing and preparing the Drawing register to follow the Project program & monitoring the project till finish.
• Visit site takes the mark up the existing services and makes the design works.
• Coordinate with the mechanical /civil team for design issue.
• Attend meeting with Clients, Consultants, Mall representatives, Bond Design, Technical and Project team, MEP estimation team.
• Prepare reflected ceiling plan, Lighting layout, power layout, telephone & data layout, CCTV layout, AV layout, containment layout, fire alarm layout, fire alarm schematic diagram, air sampling system layout, emergency lighting layout, load schedule, Single line diagram, and voltage drop calculation.
• Prepare the megger test report.
• MEP coordination layout as per site condition and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Line Manager, Project manager (team) for the design/site changes and follow the instructions.
• Coordinate with the sub-contractors and provide the updated /latest shop drawings for the execution.
• Prepare as-built drawings as per red-line drawings and preparing handing over package to the client.
• Assist junior draftsman and reviewing their work before submission.
• Work as a team leader for various projects.
• Maintain records and data related to the projects.
