Description:
We are hiring a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Develop MENA annual Digital Marketing strategy for the region, as this will be key for MENA KPI score improvements
- Set key KPIs and evaluate markets’ performance for regional campaigns, and local campaigns for flagship launches
- Strong media planning skills, to manage the overall corporate media Plans for TV + Digital (Need to be able to provide optimal media mix by the market on TV/Digital/OOH and other media splits)
- Understanding of consumer market insights – Utilize insights to guide subs. on engaging consumer communication
- Benchmark global best practices and find insights for the region if applicable and able to identify trends and provide activities to tackle them
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence while planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Media planning and analytical experience for both digital and offline
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, Stackline)
- Worked on e-Commerce campaigns and e-retailers (Amazon, Noon)
- Agency management.
- Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to Detail
- A self-starter and eager implementer who enjoys working both in groups and independently
- Ability to manage multiple facets of a project simultaneously.
- Must possess interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive people relationships
