Job Description:
United Precast Concrete Dubai L.L.C, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and self-driven Debt Collector & Messenger to join their team in UAE. This role involves contacting debtors, negotiating payment terms, tracking outstanding debts, and handling legal follow-ups. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing debt recovery strategies, negotiating payment plans, and identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contact debtors to secure payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms and conditions with debtors to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Legal Follow-ups: Manage legal procedures and follow-ups related to outstanding debts.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in debt recovery processes and recommend enhancements to streamline operations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with debtors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in debt collection, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Robust negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases for debt tracking and management.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
