Job Description

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the chef.
• Assist in food preparation and production according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cook in a similar establishment.
• A culinary degree or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
