• Total Experience – 5-8 years of hard-core Call Centre experience mandatory.
• Will be responsible to handle more than 50 Call Centre Agents. Should have strong man management skills and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle team. Well versed with call Centre Processes. Well verse with Calls managements.
• Excellent Arabic and English Communication skills.
